French Bench Press

This workout is aimed to make a load on chest and arm muscles. This example includes wide grip bench press. The performance technique is as follows:

  • Lie down on the bench

  • Take barbell from the racks with a wide grip

  • In the starting position slightly decline upper arms (humeral parts of arm) towards the head, i.e. not vertically to the floor

  • Lower the barbell behind the head

  • Do not move elbows to the sides
