Leg Bending

This workout is aimed to make a load on leg muscles. The performance technique is as follows:

  • Lie down on the bench

  • Hold the bench with your hands

  • Put a dumbbell or special part of the equipment between your legs

  • Bend the legs at the knees moving your feet towards your butt

  • Perform the workout smoothly, do not allow your legs to straighten quickly and randomly

  • All movement must be strictly controlled
