Calf Raise

This workout is aimed to make a load on calf (leg) muscles. The performance technique is as follows:

  • Stand straight

  • At the beginning you can do the workout without weight

  • The purspose is to do with the wieght, i.e. keeping the barbell on the shoulders

  • Raise up on your toes

  • Return to the starting position

  • The most important aspect - you have to ensure full motion and delay in the up position
