I am using the workout routines provided on this website everyday to stay in good shape, so wanted to share my experience and practical knowledge with you.

Why bodybuilding information, if I am not a bodybuilder? My husband during past year was extensively involved in bodybuilding, first: to lose weight and second: to shape his body and the results are amazing. He lost 20 kilograms during 6 months and getting into a better and better shape everyday. So this success inspired me to share with you theoretical and practical knowledge of how to build muscle mass and I hope you will find it useful.
