Close Grip Chin Lift

This workout is aimed to make a load on chest muscles. The performance technique is as follows:

  • Take the barbell with hands on the top of barbell (reverse grip)

  • The grip should be close

  • Lift your elbows so that they move quicker than your hands

  • Move your elbows as high as possible moving the barbell close to your chin
