Chest Exercises - Lying Dumbbell Extension

Lying Dumbbell Extension

This workout is aimed to make a load on chest muscles. This example includes extension with dumbbells while lying on the bench. Other modifications of such exericse is possible. The performance technique is as follows:

  • Lie down on the bench

  • Take dumbbells in both hands

  • Extend your arms, lowering elbows down a bit below the bench

  • Keep arms slightly bent

  • While perfoming the exercise, ensure humeral parts of arms stay perpendicular to the body

  • Move arm up and towards each other

  • The amplitude of movement should be as maximum as possible
