1st step:

Change chest workouts making techniques. Decrease weights by 15- 20 kilograms and try to perform Bench Press pausing in the lower position and concentrating weight pull-up involving chest muscles. While moving the barbell down, extend elbows to sides out of your body, do not place them close to your body sides. Make some experiments with barbell and chest touching spot. The touching spot can be moved little up or little down and the chest muscles will be working differently. Feel and find the optimal technique for yourself. Also improve technique of performing Lying Dumbbell Extension, it should be wide like embracing something very big.

You must feel how your chest muscles work while you performing workout. You will not be able to build chest muscle mass fast until you master proper workout techniques.

2nd step:

Finding and setting up the workout program to build chest muscle fast, designed only for your chest muscles. The accent must be put on Angle Bench Press. Use only free weights, like dumbbells and barbells, you will not be able to build chest muscle with fancy machines and fitness equipment.

3rd step:

Load chest muscles at least 2 times per week. Loading muscles only once per week will not allow you to build chest muscle fast.

4rd step:

Other muscles like triceps and deltoids are not loaded in gaps between the development of chest muscle, i.e. workouts for deltoids and triceps are performed on the same day as chest muscle workouts.
