Bodybuilding Routines - Introduction



Before selecting bodubduilding routines suitabel for you, you have to understand basic principles of bodybuilding and understand what objectives you can determine and achieve. Number and duration of bodybuilding routines is important

When you build muscle mass the number of exercises for the muscles group should be limited – one-two exercises. Big number of exercises disturbs to concentrate on the increase of lifted weights. It is also too much for the reserves of the organism of a “non-doping” athlete. Total extent of the workout should not be excessive, too. However, if you train every second day the temptation to lift heavier weights is rather big. Remember there is no use being in the gym more than two hours. Apart from an introductiory course and warm-up sets try to work to the full capacity during the every exercise set. Motivate yourself psychologically before every set. Let each workout be a small victory over yourself.


Pain is a MUST

On the next day after the workout muscles have to be painful what testifies that you lifted weights in the proper way. No pain – no musles gain. The long-term absence of pain in target muscles shows that something is wrong with your workouts.


DO NOT start with steroids, capitalise on natural abilities of your body!

Many times beginning of weight training coincides with the beginning of the application of steroids. It’s irrational for all intents and purposes.  This does not mean that steroid as useless and shoudl not be used at all, but definitely NO if you are a beginner. Use your natural abilities first.

The application of steroids is worthwhile only when you reach your potential. Also advanced bodybuilders will get much more benefits from the steroids than beginners. So,do not begin taking steroids earlier than in 2,5-3 years of persistent trainings.

Currently there is a huge amount of information and different bodybuilding routines, just be sticky. Select one path and stick to it, do not change your routines and be patient. Persistence will defnitely help you to build muscles and achieve bodybuilding goals.

In virtue of genetic predisposition very few people can become champions. But everybody can improve body proportions, increase muscle capacity and lose some weight. You just should be stubborn and have a right attitude towards training and recovery (recuperation).
