Barbell Squat

This workout is aimed to make a load on leg muscles. This example includes wide grip bench press. The performance technique is as follows:

  • Stand with feet a bit wider than at shoulder width

  • Feet should be turned outward

  • Your back should be straight, head slightly lifted, body stretched

  • Squat as deep as possible, i.e. not only to reach parallel to the floor

  • Do not stand up quickly, move up smoothly

  • Do not increase the weight load until you learn the right technique of this workout
