Standing Chest Press
This workout is aimed to make a load on chest muscles. The performance technique is as follows:

Take the barbell with hands at shoulder width (shoulder width grip)

While pressing the weight over the head try not to lean your body back.

On the contrary lean your body forward so that at the end position your head would be straight under the barbell.

Do not use the help of legs and back in the starting phase of the press
