Straight Leg Deadlift

This workout is aimed to make a load on back muscles. The performance technique is as follows:

  • In starting position stand straight

  • Hold the barbell in arms lowered down

  • Shoulders turned back, lower back curled

  • Slowly move your butt back keeping curled lower-back

  • Move back until it is possible to move butt back

  • If you will be lowering down hip muscles will stop working and all the load will be on backbone, which is incorrect

  • Coming to the starting position, you have to move butt forward
