Deadlift

This workout is aimed to make a load on back muscles. The performance technique is as follows:

  • While performing deadlift always keep your back slightly hollowed

  • Squat down towards the barbell positioned on the floor

  • Take the barbel with wide grip

  • Lift the barbell up extending legs and moving shoulders back

  • Return to the starting position
