Angle Dumbbell Extension
This workout is aimed to make a load on back muscles. The performance technique is as follows:

In starting position lean forward and keep your body parallel to the floor

Slightly bend your arms at the elbows

Raise dumbbells up to the sides as high as possible keeping your arms perpendicularly to the body

The exercise helps to develop back part of deltoid muscles, but if you move your arms forward or backward from the perpendicular position towards your body, the load on these muscles will stop
