Back Exercise - Angle Barbell Lift

Angle Barbell Lift

This workout is aimed to make a load on back muscles. The performance technique is as follows:

  • Bend over at stomach so that your back is as close to parallel to the floor as you can

  • Hold barbell with hands at shoulder width (shoulder width grip)

  • Keep legs slightly bent and lower back curved

  • When the barbell is lowered down, keep arms straight

  • Lift barbell straight up to the lower part of your stomach bringing your shoulder bones together in the end position of the workout
