Standing Barbell Bicep Curl

This workout is aimed to make a load on bicep arm muscles. The performance technique is as follows:

  • Bend your arms at the elbows.

  • Do not lean back

  • Do not bend your legs at the knees

  • Press elbows to the sides of your body and do not move them forward in the highest point of curl – humeral part of arm (upper arm) must always remain vertical to the floor

  • Raise the barbell to the chest

  • Lower down the barbell to the starting position
