Reverse Grip Barbell Bicep Curl
This workout is aimed to make a load on upper arm muscles and flexor muscles of shoulder. The exercise is virtually similar to standing barbell bicep curl, with exception that performing this workout reverse grip is used and lower weights are recoomended. The performance technique is as follows:

Take the barbell in your hands with reverse grip (taking from the top)

Bend your arms at the elbows.

Do not lean back

Do not bend your legs at the knees

Press elbows to the sides of your body and do not move them forward in the highest point of curl – humeral part of arm (upper arm) must always remain vertical to the floor

Raise the barbell to the chest

Lower down the barbell to the starting position
